Rental car? Read this first
- Check your rental agreement or call the rental company: some want to be informed about a lockout, or have their own roadside assistance.
- Keep the rental agreement or booking within reach, we ask for proof that you're the renter before we open the car.
- If the key is lost rather than locked inside, the rental company usually handles a replacement key. We can open the car so you can get your belongings.
